Welcome to Viewify. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. About Our Service
Viewify provides virtual tour services including 360° photography, Matterport scans, Google Street View uploads, and other related digital visualisation services.
We operate locally in Auckland, New Zealand.
2. Booking & Service Delivery
All bookings must be confirmed by email or through our contact channels.
You are responsible for ensuring your space is clean, accessible, and ready to be captured.
Most virtual tours are delivered within 12–48 hours, depending on project size.
Delivery includes a shareable link and/or embed code. Additional formats may incur extra costs.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due once the final tour is delivered unless otherwise agreed.
For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required.
All prices are in NZD and may be updated at any time.
Failure to pay may result in removal or suspension of your tour until payment is completed.
4. No Upfront Costs Policy
For standard projects, Viewify may offer a “no upfront payment” option.
This means:
We complete the shoot and build the tour first.
You only pay if you choose to keep and use the final tour.
If declined, we reserve the right to retain all captured content.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
Viewify retains copyright over all images, tours, and digital content we create unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use and publish the virtual tour for business purposes.
Tours may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without written permission.
We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Hosting & Availability
Tours hosted by third-party platforms (e.g., Panoee, Matterport, CloudPano) are subject to their own terms and uptime.
Viewify is not responsible for outages or changes made by these platforms.
Some services may require ongoing hosting fees depending on the platform you choose.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a fee.
Weather or access issues may require rescheduling at no extra charge.
If we arrive on-site and cannot complete the work due to restricted access, a call-out fee may apply.
8. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your virtual tour, please contact us within 7 days for review.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion based on work completed.
If a refund is issued, Viewify may remove or disable access to the virtual tour.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and access to your property.
Ensure the space is safe and suitable for photography.
Obtain any necessary permissions for filming (e.g., shared buildings, tenants).
Comply with local laws and building rules related to filming.
10. Limitation of Liability
Viewify is not liable for:
Loss of data or downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
Business loss, missed sales, or indirect damages resulting from using or not using the virtual tour.
Issues arising from unsafe spaces or failure to prepare the environment properly.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
11. Changes to Services
We may update services, features, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
